Before accepting the role of President of U.S. Operations, Launi was Senior Zone Vice President for the Northwest U.S., and later Senior Vice President, Store Development U.S., opening in excess of 600 stores per year and managing the assets of more than 6,000 stores, as well as leading global store design.
