Scandals like Enron, WorldCom and the Bernie Madoff ripoff make you wonder "How could a person think that they were above it all?"  In this interview, Brad speaks with Rob Brinkman, a former executive convicted for evading taxes in the United States about what put him behind bars. 

While serving his two-year sentence in federal prison, Rob had an epiphany.  The character flaw that he had developed through years of positive reinforcement and monetary success was a complete lack of humility.  Rob shares his own recipe for humble pie and the impact that the lack of humility had on his life.
